We are still here in Colorado!!

Not to much going on here in Colorado we are all doing fine just still waiting on a date!!
We are so ready to go!!
Brianna is doing much better since her sick spell last week I just hate it when she is sick!
I am doing pretty good just have not caught up on my sleep from Bri begin sick.
Stephaine is here for the summer she is enjoying Colorado she went camping last week with her Aunt and Uncle and Family.
The family is doing well in Ohio they are patiently waiting us as well. Grandpa is going to Cowboy Round Up on Friday I will post some pics when I get them.

Yes we are still here waiting for our date to get to go home to our new house! Our apartment seems so small after a week in our house.

Steph is with us for the summer which she is enjoying the view always taking a picture of something she is a big help with Brianna . She got her military Id yesterday !

Just another day

Nothing really new to talk about just that John had his last physical today!
So we are just waiting now! We are hoping to be home mid June we have started packing a little every couple days our biggest hurdle is our storage.
Our apartment the army will pack up they will not go to storage and pack that. I am excited that we are going home the only thing I dread is my monster in law she always has some kind of life threating drama going on!
Or she pist that Brianna or Stephaine are getting more attention than Preston. It's always something!! She loves to bad mouth me and one of these days I will tell her where to go I will be just as nasty as she is.
Well I am going to check my email and then Brianna and I are going to clean her room... Looks like a toy store had explosion!

No more bottle

My baby is growing up.. Its been over a week and she has not had a bottle. She is using a sippy cup only .. No bottles what so ever in our house!
She is growing up so fast the things she says or does. We are working on getting a bedtime routine and potty training is in the works. I am hoping to have her potty trained and out of the diapers by her second birthday. Maybe I am just wishful thinking but it can't hurt to try. I am looking forward to moving in our new house where she has more room to play and can go out in the back yard and play. She loves to be outside. She is entering the terrible twos that is for sure .

Well its snowing outside and cold as hell outside. We took Brianna to see the Easter Bunny yesterday and she did not like him at all. We are going to Ohio on April 13th and staying until April 25th so Grandpa caregiver can go to her stna classes its either I go home and take care of him or he has to go to daycare and that really upset him the fact of having to go to daycare so Brianna and I are going to go home which is okay because we can go and pick out some stuff for our new house and pick out some paint to get rid of the hillbilly blue that is in there. Well I better go check on Brianna she is begin quite and that usually means she is doing something that she should not be doing.

Rip Rosie Whittenburger

Just got news from home that my Great Aunt Rosie died today! Toward the end she was suffering and now she is at peace and no longer in pain. My Uncle John is about to die as well the family is all down there now and hospice is just there making him comfortable so should be getting that phone call any time now. I just them both to be at peace. Life is short no time for bull shit ... no one is promised tommorow that is for sure.

It's been awhile

It's been a while since I have updated my life seems to be going about 120mph sometimes seems like there is not enough time in the day between Brianna and going back and fourth to the doctor's. John goes for his mental health board on April 1 and then he has to get one more physical and then we are done just have to wait to clear! Then either my Mom or Dad will fly out and get Brianna that way she does not have to make that trip again. That trip is hell I believe Kansas is the worst part of the damn trip. We found a house that we really like in Ohio and have made an offer but now we are bartering with the guy ... So my fingers are crossed. We also have have adopted a kitty her name is Sally but we have renamed her Wiggles. She is very sweet and loving and so good with Brianna she had to have been with kids because Brianna can do about anything to this cat and Wiggles does nothing. We joined the Ymca we have taken Brianna swimming a couple times she starts swim classes the first of April. I really want her to learn to swim because if you know Brianna you know she has no fear of anything and my parents neighbors have a pool and Walt has a place up at the lake I don't want to take any chances with my little daredevil. Tonight we took Brianna to Disney on Ice it was a good show brought back memories of when my Mom use to take us.. Man they were expensive on there stuff. She loved and enjoyed the show when Mickey and Minnie came out she was ready to jump down and go to them it was so funny.. We were five rows back from the ice so we had awesome seats. Lets see my parents are doing pretty good my Mom has surgrey on her knee April 28th my Dad is good he is ready for his lil girl to come back home lol to funny to see them together he worships the ground she walks on and she loves her papa. My Grandpa well I don't really know what to say about him I guess he has his good days and his bad days.. When he has his bad days they are really bad... Think my Mom is realizing slowly that there is only so much she can do with him. I think she just wants to keep him out of nursing home but there comes a point when you have to put your loved one in a nursing home. I guess one day last week he was streaking.. poor care giver.. and then he was waving the toliet brush around and then he was trying to clean it.. some days he knows your name some days you are LADY... its a mess that is for sure.. Not to mention that one side of his heart is not working. Dont get me wrong he has his good days but they are far and in between.. Just a sad situation all the way around. I will be glad when I am home so I can help out with him some. Well my battery on my lap top is low and I want to load some pics on here .. I will try to update again soon.. Huges to everyone!!

its been a while since I have really updated on what is going on with us. Brianna is starting to feel good she was really sick for about four days she had the works vomiting,fever and dont forget the sleepless nights. I told my Mom I think I have lost more sleep now that she is older then I ever did when she was a little baby. John is still working on his out process of the army they have put his arm in a brace . Brianna and I are still here in Ohio until Thrus. We have a busy week this week Monday we are doing family pics and Tues is my Dad's Birthday Dinner. Gramps is in the hospital again I think that my Mom realizes that she has taken on way to much because of all the stuff that is going on with him , he has altimers and its getting worse and she starting to accept the fact which I know its got to be hard on her but its a fact he is getting worse. I have to go get blood taken when I get home and then I start my diabetic classes since I am having issues since I started my bipolar medicine.

sleepless night

Yet another sleepless night
Well Brianna has been sick now going on four days. She has some kind of virus she runs a temp and vomits and is so clingy. I thought she was starting to fell better she started running a temp and vomiting again last night.. She had to have picked this crap on the plan because she was just sick but I guess this virus is going around. My Mom has been a big help the last couple days with Brianna. One thing is for sure Brianna is a Meme and Papa girl like how I was with my Grandma Joan and Grandpa when I was was little. I am happy she has that relationship with them. Should find out today if we get the house have fingers crossed such a cute house and not to much that has to be done before we can move in. Well Brianna is asleep so I am going to lay down and take a nap while she is asleep.

My Doctor Apt.

Well I went to the doctor today they are refering me to the diabetic clinic so now I am waiting for them. I am also going to start getting b-12 shots . Doctor put me on clairaton to see if that helps me if not I am to come back and see her. So now I am waiting for the diabetic clinic to call me. My blood pressure was thru the roof.. 141/101 she took it twice on two different machines. Guess I should have taken a xanax before I went or something. Did not help that I got all jacked up with John etc. So now I wait to see what this clinic does and we go from there. Brianna is on the road to recovery...lol. Well I am going to go .. maybe get some sleep.

Well .. I am up at 3am thanks to Brianna and she is now back asleep. So I am doing laundry and making dip for our eve at the Schuler's . So while the house is quite I will be able to get some things done! Brianna is feeling better think she is at the last stage of the flu she actually ate two mini corn dogs and she was done. Talked to my parents they want us to come home for a visit but its kind of hard with all our doctor apts right now. So we will see what we can figure out. John does get block leave but he has to stay in Colorado because he is medical boared he has to stay local. To make apts I guess. They took child support out of his check this pay period 450.00 so I called Montgomery County and they are holding the money until we get a dismissal from the court which the lawyer filed so they are sending me a form to fill out and then they will release the money. What a mess!! Well I have some things to do around here and down load some music to my ipod.

WOW!!! ... My husband shocked me this evening he said he had to go to storage.. well he came back with roses as a pre valentine's gift. Before that we had lunch at Chuckie Cheese we all had a great time. Sometimes he can be such a sweetheart.. then there are those times I want to ring his neck.. But I guess that is marriage. But I will say he is a totally different person since we have came home he is awesome Dad with Brianna. Well I am going to go my night meds are kicking in.

Happy Valentine's Day! Today we just stayed home did stuff around the house hung out together and watched tv and cuddled we cooked out!! We had a awesome day basically.
It snowed again today by the afternoon it was just really cold but the snow had stopped.
John went to his medical board and they need to get his paper's from Fort Bliss and his next physical is in April so we are looking at begin home sometime in early summer. We are going to stay at my parents until we find some place. Well I am going to go curl up in bed !! Good night!

Update

I had thought about my blog today updating it and then these eve I got a email from my Aunt Patti and she was asking about my blog. Seems like there is not enough hours in the day sometimes. Brianna has been sick this week we have had her to the doctor and its suppose to work its way out of her I guess.. Question is when... Lets see Brianna is now sleeping in a big girl bed.. yes she went from baby bed to a queen size bed and she loves it!! John is taking classes for his out process of the army seem to be doing pretty good he seems to think he will be out in June! My Grandpa is home from the nursing home and seems to be doing pretty good see him on web cam every once in awhile. Other then him driving everyone crazy he is still doing pretty well he goes to Bingo on Wed night up at the Vfw my Mom takes him up there. Needless to say my parents have there hands full. I go to the doctor on Monday for a complete work up with my medical doctor see how my medicines etc are working for me. Which I feel pretty good I have my good days and bad days but who doesn't. We are thinking of flying to fla in march for block leave John has never been to Fla and there is so many places I would love for him to see. Plus he has never meet my family in Fla. Well I am going to go and see if I can get Brianna to relax and maybe go to sleep or at least a cat nap I know she feels like crap.

Update On the Schuler's

Update on what is going on with the Schuler's .....Staff Duty... Grrr.. That is where John is for the next 24 hours this is really the first time since I got out of the hospital that I have been home at night by myself. One thing is for sure no night meds because it knocks me out and can't have that and be alone with Brianna. God knows what she could get into.
We are having stuffed peppers and doing laundry tonight. Hopefully it will be a early night for Brianna since she did not have a nap today and now its to late for a nap so after dinner she will get a bath and we will watch TV together and hopefully she will be out. I have my fingers crossed that way I can get some stuff done around here. We are going Monday and buying Brianna her big girl bed my mom bought her the Disney Princess comforter its really cute. It has a lot of the pastel's in it. John is doing all his stuff for medical board.. We got our storage cleaned out yesterday it was a nice day out and one of John's friend's helped us so we knocked it out under two hours.. I am going to have a huge ass garage sale when I get home. I am doing okay I have a good days and then I have my bad days but they are still regulating my medicine. I need to make apt this week to have my sugar tested. I am on several medicines that can cause problems with sugar.. scares me because I already had that problem and with my weight loss I got off the medicine and its weight controlled. Brianna is doing pretty good she has became a Daddy's girl all the way.. I am glad they have spent so much time apart .. They are two little pea's in a pod! Grandpa is in the hospital and they are testing his kidney's and his potassium is very high!!! If its not one thing its another.. Well that is my update on what is going on here.

Snowy and Cold Day in Colorado ...

So today all it has done is snow I went to the store these evening to get a few things and some milk because during the night we are suppose to get more snow. I did not have a problem just put the blazer in 4 wheel drive. I think its the coldest today then its ever been since I have been here in Colorado.. I can't wait for warm weather!! Nothing really new going on with me Brianna is back to normal. My sinus are driving me crazy but what is new. John is working on his process to get out of the army we still have a couple of months out here from what I understand. My parents are excited that we are moving back I am in a way I just hope that my Monster in law leaves us alone and ... I just don't want the drama.. and as far as my so called friends in Ohio... what a joke.. I am their friend when they need me to do something .. well guess what I don't need friends like that.. I am not going to let anyone walk on me.. In December I hit rock bottom... when I look back I think wow.. suprised it did not happen sooner.. I had so much on me.. Well I am going to go and take my medicine and curl up on the couch with my new book and wait for it to kick in since Brianna is in bed with Daddy.

Cold Weekend in Colorado..

Wow this weekend it was snowy and cold we did not do anything except get things done around here surf the net for houses in Ohio watch some tv and I slept alot. Brianna is feeling much better you could say she is on the road to recovery she is almost back to her self she has been catching up on her sleep the last couple days which has been a nice break. She is talking so much and she says the cutest things. Friday I guess that Mom brought Gramps home from the nursing home and I guess he doing okay from what Mom and Dad tell me. Well I am going to curl up on the couch and watch some tv.

I am glad the weekend is here! That means John will be home with us.

Our moring started at 3am when Brianna deceided it was time for us to get up.

So I am checking my email and watching Hanny Manny! Doctor went pretty good yesterday he wants to get me off one of my meds that can cause problems with your sugar and make you gain weight so he is adjusting that medicine and replacing it with another. John has apt at 8 am at the clinic to start the medical board stuff. We don't have any plans for the weekend its suppose to be cold and snowy!! Its been nice all week here. Brianna is becoming such a Daddy's girl he trying to get ready for work and Brianna really is not handling it she misses him. Well I am going to see if she will lay down with me so he can get ready for work. Have a great weekend!!

So now..

So now I am sick I have a sinus infection and strep throat .. Good thing is Brianna is on antibotics so hopefully she will not get it. When it rains it pours.. So tommorow I go to my Shrink.. Little nervous about that and hopefully they will adjust some of this medicine because that night time medicine is horrible its like going out drinking and passing out and waking up in the am with a huge hang over. Well I am going to go to bed early tonight getting ready to take my meds so I will be out in no time flat!! Today it was 70 here beautiful!! to bad I felt like crap. Talked to Mom tonight she said everything was good in Ohio was pretty cold and Grandpa was happy that he got a new picture of the kid.. lol.. That is what he calls Brianna the kid. Mom took him up to the Bingo hall at the Vfw they are still hoping on bring him home soon.

Tests

Well today was horrible we got to the doctor office at 730am and we left close to 930am they did a blood culture and took blood from her which took three soliders to hold her down man was she upset then we go down to xray and they put her in this thing look like a c- clamp kind of contraption it was horrible this thing held her arms above her head she was in like this see thru thing I stood in front of her but that did not help the fact at all. I felt so bad for her. So back to Doctor Binder office and waited for the results of the blood work and xray which all came back good we have to wait for the blood culture now Doctor Binder is still believing that its a viral infection of some kind she just wants to be safe. I was very glad that John was there with me today. When we got home she had a bottle and took a two hour nap.. She seems to be feeling better so hopefully we are over the worst part and we might be able to sleep again.. Well need to get some stuff done around here before John gets home. I will update when I hear something.

Emergency Room Again.....

After another long night with Brianna we took her over to Evans Army Hospital when we got there her temp was 102.5 they got her temp down with tylenol and motrin cathe her and checked to see if she had a uti and that came back clear and they seem to think its a viral infection they checked her lungs and ears everything was clear so I have to take her to her doctor in the am. Doctor just said to keep doing what we are doing. Told us to give her tylenol ever four hours not to let it wear off to keep her temp under control and get her to her doctor in the am. John and I are wore out.. Well we are hoping for a nap we are all going to try to lay down she seems pretty sleepy but she is stubborn and is fighting it. I will keep everyone posted on her.

We are all sick...

Wow its been a long weekend.. We are all sick.. Brianna keeps running a temp so its going to be back to the doctor for her Tues if she is so better. My sinus are killing me and John thinks he may have a ear infection and has a sore throat. We are a mess!! Talked to my Mom tonite they are coming out from the nursing home to check the house to see if they can bring my Grandpa home. Hmm.. I don't know about that guess we have to wait and see what the people from the home say. The wheather has been beautiful here for the last couple days we were watching the news and this week its suppose to hit 70 but then next weekend suppose to get snow and cold coming our way. John and I watched Coldminers Daughter tonight it was a pretty good movie I remember watching it years ago. Well Brianna is pretty cranky so I am going to go see if I can get her to relax a little. So maybe we can catch a couple hours sleep tonight.

Beautiful Day in Colorado

Well today for the first time in a long time Brianna went out and ran some errands and met John back here and then we went to dinner. It was pretty outside as well Brianna played outside a little as well. She is feeling much better. My Mom called today upset with the nursing home because the nurse on thrid shift dressed Grandpa foot when the Wound Center told them and written orders on what to do for his foot. Now they are telling my Mom he has Staph infection. I swear if its not one thing its another. So my Mom is going to try to take care of him her self and get someone to come in during the day while they are at work .. I really think its going to be to much for her. But its up to her.. Well I am going to go curl up on the couch and relax with my Hubby!! Brianna sent some new pics in the mail today !!

So it looks as if we are moving back to Ohio

Well they are going to start the process to Medical Discharge John because of his arm which he hurt while he was at Fort Bragg. I guess from what they are telling him its a couple months process to get out of the Army. So hopefully by summer we will be back in Ohio.

Brianna still not feeling up to par and John is not feeling to good either as well as I think that I am getting sick. Damn wheather!!

We are going down to Eddie's tommorow night to celebrate Austin's birthday looking forward to seeing everyone.

Well Brianna is cuddled up on the couch so I think I am going to get some stuff done around here while she is resting.

Well .. for years everyone has told me she was not a true friend or many times she stabbed me in the back... The last straw was her little comments in her a email have not heard from her or Maria since the begin of Dec when I was put in the hospital. I really could care less what Kim thinks of me because she is far from an angel ... Its nobody's business what I do .. I was seperated from my husband for three months and we are working things out and going to conseling and working on our marriage. My so called friends turned their back on me when I needed my friends the most but you know what that is okay because I seen who gave a shit about me and who didn't .... When we move back to Ohio this summer when everyone is kissing my ass they are going to see another side of me because I don't have to kiss anyone ass anymore and I don't care who likes me or my husband. I blocked Kim on my email and I blocked her on my space as well.. I have nothing to say to her ... I don't need the drama and I don't need the aggravation of fake ass people.

just venting a little

Having a rough day my day started about 300am when Brianna got up coughing and crying. By 7am I called and made her a doctor apt and 915am so we went over to the hospital peds unit which they offended Bri making us set in the corner and and putting a mask on her face t0 say the least we did not wait long. They gave her a stronger antibotic and different ointment for her eyes she was having a reaction to the eye drops they had her on they are worried about her intake of fluids and her iron was low as well after this experience at the doctor John calls me and tells me that they are sending him for his medical board conseling at 11am which means more than likely he will be getting out of the arm before this next deployment. There is good and bad points to him getting out of the army but we will make it either way. Have to take it one day at a time and what is going to happen going to happen he has to work special detail this evening town meeting on post so he laying down just what I would want a usher with pink eye..lol. Only in the army. Well going to try to get Brianna to drink something and wake John up be has to get dressed and head to work.

1-12-2009

Well today Brianna is still sick our day started about 4am she is just real grumpy and she did not eat anything until tonite and she ate some bread sticks and then she drink some milk while laying on her Daddy watching tv. John now has pink eye so this weekend going to have to wash everything down and wash all the blankets etc. We also got five inches of snow today. Tommorow I have apt with my counselor Barb I really like her and then Wed night we have marriage conseling . As most of you all know John and I have had some problems and in Sept I packed up and left him we were seperated for about three months until I had my major melt down and was admitted to the hospital. Matter a fact our court date is Thrus for our divorce. Which we are not going to go through with it because we both love each other and we want to raise Brianna together. We are just taking everything one day at a time . We have a lot on our plate right now dealing with all this conseling John could be getting out of the army because of his arm . If he does not get deployed he will be getting deployed in May and he will be over there for one year. He was suppose to go to jrtc for training but since we just got back together and I am on this medication they did not think it was a good idea for him to leave us for 30 days.

Brianna

Well Brianna is still not feeling good today she barely drinking anything and has not ate anything.
She woke up about 230 am vomiting what a way to start the day.
Her eyes are looking better but she is still so sick. We sat down to watch Grease one our favorite movies looked down she had laid on her blanket on the floor and went to sleep.
We are waiting to see how long it will last. Think I will just sleep out here on the couch and not even bother to move her.

Our Sick Baby

I think in 16 months this is the sick as I have ever seen Brianna. Yesterday when she started vomiting I told John that we had to take her over to Evans to be seen. We had a very good experience there we were in and out in about a hour. Brianna has upper respitory infection, ear infection and not to mention pink eye! She seems to be feeling much better today she got balloons from her Meme and Papa ( which our my parents ) and Eddie ( John's brother ) stopped over with his sister in law Tina and she had four Pug dogs and that really brightened her day when they left she cried. I can not wait until we get a house where we can get a dog. John and I are hoping we don't get sick.
